During the course ... we layer, layer and layer! Using a prepared zirconia structure, we teach you the art of ceramic layering with our ICE Ceramics. We will explain everything you need to know about layering zirconia with ceramics - from the firing temperature to the surface design.

Programme
Day 1 (all-day)
- Basic characteristics, properties and range of application of Prettau® zirconia
- Ceramic layering of sintered zirconia crowns: wash firing and first dentine layering
- Elaboration of the crowns, colouring with ICE Stains 3D by Enrico Steger and second dentine layering
Day 2 (all-day)
- Elaboration of the surface texture
- Final elaboration
- Stain and glaze firing
- Explanations about the layering scheme and temperatures
- Resolve outstanding issues
