On the right path from the beginning: discover how the CAD/CAM system and the software package work!
During the course, we show you the basic functions of the CAD/CAM system and the software. You will also learn how to model and mill a reduced 3-unit zirconia bridge with our CAD/CAM system as well as to efficiently organize the workflow. Moreover, we give you a lot of useful tips.

What participants have to bring
Prepared model of an anatomically reduced three-unit zirconia bridge in translucent material, plus antagonist (no implants)
Program
Day 1 (all-day)
- Overview of the different possibilities the software offers: Zirkonzahn.Archiv, Zirkonzahn.Scan, Zirkonzahn.Modellier, Zirkonzahn.Nesting
- Workflow demonstration: creation of the patient case, scanning, designing, nesting
- First practical exercises in Zirkonzahn.Modellier
- Overview of the basic functions of Zirkonzahn CAD/CAM system components
- Information about the Zirkonzahn.Software structure and its modules
- Practical exercizes in Zirkonzahn.Modellier by using example cases and one's own case
- How to use a Zirkonzahn milling unit
- Coloring (dipping technique) and sintering of the structures overnight
Day 2 (morning)
- Recap of the course contents learned in the previous day
- Evaluation of the sintering result
- Practical exercises: scanning the sintered structures
- Resolve outstanding issues
