The specialization course about digital workflow
During this course, we will introduce you to the use of our Detection Eye intraoral scanner and explain the correct integration and positioning of all patient data (including X-ray and STL data) in the software as well as the virtual articulation with the PlaneFinder®. Through practical exercises, we show you the interaction between the different Zirkonzahn softwares and look at the entire digital workflow. We will design and realize impression trays, surgical guides and a temporary restoration. Moreover, you will learn many useful hints and tips for planning your workflow.

Day 1 (all-day)
- Introduction to the use of the Zirkonzahn intraoral scanner Detection Eye
- Data importation into the Zirkonzahn.Software
- Integration of 3D face scans and 2D photos
- Data matching and virtual articulation with the PlaneFinder®
- Designing a prototype in the Zirkonzahn.Modellier software
- Introduction to the Zirkonzahn.Implant-Planner software
- Explanation of the digital workflow
- Realization of surgical guides
Day 2 (all-day)
- Transfer of the planned implant position with scanmarkers into the Zirkonzahn.Modellier software
- Planning of a temporary restoration as a wax-up based on the planned treatment
- Practical introduction to the use of ScanAnalogs and White Scanmarker
- Integration of the obtained data into the Zirkonzahn.Software
- Introduction to the CAD/CAM Model Maker software module
- Models creation with ScanAnalogs
- Introduction to the Zirkonzahn.Tray software for the realization of individual impression trays
Day 3 (all-day)
- Recap of the learned contents
- Time for practical exercises: autonomous data matching of a patient case
- Insight into the network technology
- Explanation of the components of Zirkonzahn CAD/CAM system
- Converting DICOM data into STL format
- First insight into Zirkonzahn.Modifier software and design of a mock-up
