During this course, we show you all necessary digital working steps for the designing of a primary structure with previously prepared dies and the corresponding tooth set-up. We provide you a six-unit anterior primary structure made of Tecno Med Mineral Tissue and we illustrate how to create an aesthetic gingiva with Gingiva-Composites. Using six already prepared single crowns made of Prettau® 4 Anterior®, we teach you specific colouring techniques and how to characterise the structure with the ICE Stains 3D by Enrico Steger. The result obtained will be a six-unit anterior primary structure in Tecno Med Mineral Tissue with cemented single crowns in Prettau® 4 Anterior® on titanium bases.

Day 1 (all-day)
- Software training: planning of the 6-unit primary structure in Tecno Med Mineral Tissue and of the Prettau® 4 Anterior® single crowns in just one working step
- Elaboration of the unsintered Prettau® 4 Anterior® single crowns
- Colouring the crowns with Colour Liquid Prettau® 4 Anterior® Aquarell
- Drying and sintering the crowns overnight
- Elaboration of the Tecno Med Mineral primary structure
- Cementation of the titanium bases onto the primary structure
Day 2 (all-day)
- Evaluation of the sintering results
- Colouring the Prettau® 4 Anterior® crowns with the ICE Stains 3D by Enrico Steger/glaze material 3D Base Glaze
- Stain and glaze firing
- Cementation of the crowns onto the Tecno Med Mineral primary structure
- Application of Gingiva-Composites in the gingival area
- Polishing the gingival portion and finalisation of the entire restoration
- Resolve outstanding issues
