PHILOSOPHY

Homemade bread and tasty butter lay on the large wooden table in the old farmhouse kitchen. Next to the warm stove, hand-chopped wood is perfectly stacked. Through the thick walls, the windows reveal a view to the nearby forest, which gently and reverently embraces the wild mountains. Fresh and clean air, enriched with unique country flavours, spreads throughout the farmhouse. Within these walls, diligent and careful hands work, faithful to ancient traditions and seeking to create something beautiful.
